Twenty-five minutes is the classic interval of the Pomodoro Technique, created by Francesco Cirillo: long enough to reach deep focus, short enough to avoid burnout. The full formula: 25 minutes of focus + a 5 minute break, with a longer 15-30 minute break every 4 cycles.
